In the event that we are not a participating provider with your health insurance plan or you do not have health insurance coverage, we will be happy to provide care for you as a self-pay patient. You will be responsible for all charges at the time of service. We will provide you with any necessary paperwork and documentation to submit your bill to your insurance so they can reimburse you directly.
